Raeline Moreau is the Operations & Onboarding Specialist at MCA Cross Border Advisors, where she helps guide clients through every stage of the account onboarding process. She works closely with clients, advisors, and custodians to coordinate account openings, transfers, funding requests, and ongoing account maintenance, ensuring each step is handled accurately and efficiently.

With more than 15 years of experience spanning financial services, accounting, client services, operations, and marketing, Raeline’s diverse background has strengthened her ability to problem-solve, communicate effectively, and provide thoughtful, detail-oriented support to both clients and colleagues.

Raeline is passionate about building strong client relationships and believes that clear communication and attention to detail are the foundation of outstanding service. She enjoys finding ways to improve processes, embracing new technology, and continuously expanding her knowledge to better support clients and the MCA team.

Outside of work, Raeline enjoys spending time with her family and taking on new learning opportunities that challenge her to grow both personally and professionally.
