Lissa is an Associate Cross Border Financial Planner at MCA Cross Border Advisors Inc.
Prior to joining MCA, Lissa was a diplomat with the US State Department for over a decade, having served in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Iraq and France. Since leaving the State Department, Lissa has lived as an American expatriate in the UK, Singapore and Canada and has personally experienced the concerns and challenges that many American expatriates face. As a result of her own questions, Lissa developed a passion for resolving cross border financial issues. She now assists in the drafting of our Cross Border Financial Plans, client engagement and communications. She brings with her political acumen, immigration expertise, and a passion for expatriate causes.
When Lissa is not working, she enjoys scuba diving, camping and game nights. She speaks conversational Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesian, and French.
