Greg Tomkins is the Vice President of Investment Services and Lead Cross Border Portfolio Manager at MCA Cross Border Advisors Inc. He is also part owner of the firm. Holding both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner® (CFP) designations, Greg brings over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry to his role.
Before joining MCA Cross Border Advisors, Greg honed his expertise as a financial advisor at an independent wealth management firm in Canada, where he specialized in portfolio management and financial planning. This background provided a strong foundation for addressing complex client needs and delivering customized financial strategies.
In his role at MCA Cross Border Advisors, Greg is responsible for overseeing the firm’s investment strategy and leading cross-border portfolio management for clients with Canadian and U.S. financial complexities. He works closely with the firm’s planning and tax teams to ensure portfolios are aligned with each client’s long-term goals, risk tolerance, and cross-border considerations.
Originally from Nanaimo, B.C., Greg focuses on delivering thoughtful, strategic investment solutions for clients navigating the challenges of cross-border wealth management. He is committed to providing disciplined portfolio management and fostering long-term financial success for the clients he serves.
