Amandeep Kaur is a Senior Cross Border Tax Associate with experience supporting individuals with U.S., Canadian, and cross-border tax obligations. She specializes in personal tax compliance, foreign reporting, and treaty analysis for clients with income and assets spanning multiple jurisdictions.

Amandeep holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a Diploma in Accounting and Strategic Measurement. She is currently pursuing her CPA designation and is committed to continued professional development in cross-border taxation and financial reporting.

Amandeep began her career in public accounting, developing a strong foundation in accounting operations, personal tax preparation, and client service. In these early roles, she gained hands-on experience with general ledger accounting, payroll, and compliance filings, which strengthened her attention to detail and understanding of end-to-end financial processes.

Before joining MCA, Amandeep worked with a national accounting firm, where she prepared U.S. and Canadian personal tax returns for individuals with cross-border income. Her work included U.S. and Canada–U.S. treaty analysis, foreign asset reporting, and supporting clients with CRA and IRS correspondence. She is recognized for her organized approach, technical accuracy, and ability to guide clients through complex compliance requirements under tight deadlines
